Position Overview

We're looking for a passionate Senior React/Next.js Developer to drive the ongoing development of our website and internal tools. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge web solutions, optimizing site performance, ensuring scalability, and working closely with our cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Develop: Lead the design, development, and deployment of new features and enhancements using React, Next.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize application performance and page load times to ensure an exceptional user experience.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and code reviews for junior and mid-level developers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Testing & Quality: Implement robust testing strategies (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure high-quality, bug-free releases.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure all development activities meet security best practices and industry compliance requirements.
• Documentation: Maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation of all code and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with a focus on front-end technologies.
• Expertise: Advanced proficiency in React, Next.js, and associated libraries (Redux, React Hooks, etc.).
• Full-Stack Knowledge: Familiarity with Node.js, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or other relevant back-end technologies is a plus.
• Tooling: Strong experience with Git, CI/CD, and modern development practices.
• Design Familiarity: Basic knowledge of UI/UX best practices and ability to collaborate with design teams.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Real Estate Industry Experience: Familiarity with real estate platforms, CRMs, or lead generation tools.
• SEO & Analytics: Experience with SEO best practices, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
